We would love for you to call New Century Commons home! Apartments are available on twelve-month leases.

Because New Century Commons was renovated with help from the City of San Jose, the following income
restrictions apply:
• One bedroom – Maximum $135,960 household gross income
• Two bedroom – Maximum $152,940 household gross income

Deposit

New Century Commons’ deposits start at $750. Deposits may vary depending upon applicant’s credit rating, rental history, and past landlord references.

Pet Policy

Indoor cats are welcome with a pet fee of $500 per pet and a monthly pet rent of $50 per pet. Sorry, no dogs.
